BIDDEFORD — Alice Miriam Alvarez, 63, of Washington Street, passed away unexpectedly at Southern Maine Health Care on May 17, 2021.
She was born on December 9, 1955, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Domingo and Hilda Alvarez.
Alice grew up in a household full of love and excitement. She enjoyed nothing more than her family, friends, and raising her children as well as watching her grandkids and great-grandkids grow. She will be remembered as amazing, loving and beautiful by all whom had the pleasure of being a part of her life. Alice also enjoyed dancing and solving puzzles.
She was preceded in death by: her brothers, Fernando Alvarez and George Alvarez; and a sister, Hilda Alvarez.
She is survived by: her sons, Reynaldo Roman, Michael Alvarez Sr., Hector Alvarez, Luis Alvarez, and Victor Bedon; a daughter, Hilda Mercado; her brothers, Gilbert Alvarez and Domingo Alvarez; her sisters, Lydia Argon and Leticia Alvarez, 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private amongst family. Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 365 Main St., Saco is entrusted with her arrangements.
