Following nine years of rapid growth, Cousins Maine Lobster is investing in deepening its connection to the industry in Maine with the announcement of its newest hire, Annie Tselikis. Tselikis is a 15-year veteran of Maine’s lobster industry and has worked with commercial fishing associations, for lobster wholesalers, and since 2014 has served as the executive director of the Maine Lobster Dealers’ Association. Her experience includes marketing Maine lobster, industry advocacy and government affairs, and economic development. Tselikis will join her cousin, Sabin Lomac, and brother, Jim Tselikis, in the family’s successful lobster food truck and restaurant business.
Norway Savings Bank announced that Larissa Darcy has recently accepted the position of vice president of commercial lending, based out of the Congress Street office in Portland and servicing business relationships throughout Cumberland County. Darcy comes to Norway Savings with more than 20 years of community banking experience. She attended Regis College, where she studied psychology and legal studies and obtained her bachelor’s degree. In her spare time, she has served as president and a board member of the Brunswick Development Corporation for the past 10 years. Darcy also serves on the Mid Coast Parkview Health Services Finance Committee.
Wright-Pierce has hired Jason Gallant to the firm. Gallant is a structural engineer with nearly 25 years experience working with clients in the public and private sectors. His expertise as a project manager and structural engineer is in bridge and culvert design and construction, stormwater infrastructure and project planning as it relates to highway and rail infrastructure improvements. His experience includes design-build and design-bid-build project delivery methods. Gallant has long-established relationships with state departments of transportation and departments of public works at municipalities throughout New England.
Suzanne Roberge has rejoined Allied Real Estate as a broker serving Greater Portland and the Lake Region, bringing over 18 years of experience in residential and light commercial sales. Roberge is a senior real estate specialist (55+) and is a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Kenda Bouffard has been promoted to retail lending processing and closing manager. Bouffard started with SBSI in 2005 as a teller before joining the loan department in 2006, and after a few different roles within the department, she was promoted to retail loan processing supervisor in 2015.
Katrina Desjardins has been promoted to vice president. Desjardins joined SBSI in 2009 in the bank’s customer care and digital banking department. She has held numerous roles, but was most recently promoted to her current role of branch manager of the Westbrook branch in March 2020.
Stephanie Bailey has been named assistant vice president after starting with SBSI in March 2002 as a teller. Most recently, Bailey was promoted to her current role of assistant branch manager of the Westbrook branch in March 2018.
Mary Jane Sawyer has been promoted to assistant vice president. Sawyer started as a teller in the bank’s Old Orchard Beach branch in August 2004. She was most recently promoted to assistant branch manager of the Biddeford branch in June 2016.
Michael Rague has been promoted to assistant vice president. Rague joined the bank in June 2012 as a seasonal teller in the Old Orchard Beach branch and has worked in a variety of roles and departments at SBSI. He was promoted to his current position as assistant branch manager of the Old Orchard Beach branch in May 2020.
Ashley Lyons has been promoted to customer relationship officer. Lyons joined SBSI as a customer relationship associate in the Saco branch in November 2019.
Rinck Advertising, a full-service marketing agency based in Lewiston and Annapolis, Maryland, recently promoted multiple employees:
Lisa Ardia has been named senior web marketing manager. Ardia has been with Rinck for eight years and began her tenure on the web development team before moving to the digital media team. Ardia resides in Minot.
Jessica Cote has been promoted to senior digital media manager. She began her second stint with Rinck in 2017. As a senior web marketing manager, Cote has led the company’s digital shopper marketing programs, specifically on the Amazon and Walmart.com platforms.
Kelly Lunnie was hired by Rinck in 2017 and held the role of graphic designer before her promotion to art director. Her talent for art concepting and design, collaboration and campaign execution has made her an important part of the Rinck creative team. Lunnie lives in Lyman.
Recently promoted to senior art director and creative services manager, Jake MacGillivary has played a key role in his decade of work with the agency, enhancing the image of clients through broadcast and digital advertising, websites and video. MacGillivary has more than 20 years of experience and has led campaigns for the University of Southern Maine, Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority, and Maine CDC.
Kristy Phinney first joined Rinck in 2004 and has overseen promotional events, social media marketing, digital projects, and account strategy during her time with the company. Phinney’s new role as senior director of client strategy will bring her experience to bear against client strategies and consumer behavior, provide departmental insights, and ensure Rinck is delivering on company philosophies and processes.
Jarett Schadlich, senior web developer, joined Rinck in 2015 as a front-end web developer. During his tenure he has shown a talent for tackling complex challenges and has taken on larger front-end and back-end components of websites. In particular, he has led the conception, design, programming and launch of Maine CDC campaign websites since 2019. Schadlich lives in Auburn.

Verrill attorney Gregory Fryer was recognized as a top author for finance and banking in JD Supra’s 2021 Readers Choice Awards. The top 10 authors were selected for each category from a pool of more than 14,000 authors writing on financial service and banking matters in 2020. Fryer wrote a number of articles on Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness, including his article, “PPP Loan Forgiveness: Further Guidance on the Math,” providing a deeper look into the loan forgiveness of the PPP math. The article was read more than 113,000 times across platforms. Fryer is a corporate and securities law partner at Verrill, advising companies on capital formation, M&A transactions, joint ventures and entity restructuring.
