Rosalind M. Johnson
HOLLIS – Rosalind M. Johnson, 82, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday Feb. 27, 2021 at Evergreen Manor in Saco. She was born in Buxton on July 12, 1938, the daughter of Norman and Lillian Peck Fogg.
Rosalind graduated from Hollis High School and worked many years as a claim’s adjuster for All State Insurance. Although she loved her job in insurance, Rosalind was most proud of raising her four children and being a great mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved every minute spent with her family.
She was a member of the Tory Hill Congregational Church and the Hollis Lionettes. Rosalind at one time started a Brain Tumor Support Group. She also enjoyed tennis, golf, and many years spent on her boat cruising Sebago Lake and many hours at The Sandbar. In retirement, she lived in Zephyrhills, Fla. where she made many friends and wonderful memories.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank W. Johnson, sisters Norma Peters and Gloria Fox; and daughter-in-law Adrieanne Johnson.
Survivors include three sons Timothy Johnson and his wife Janet of Standish, Daniel Johnson of North Waterboro and Randall Johnson and his wife Michelle of Fountain Hills, Ariz., a daughter Karen Masood and her husband Steven of BelleView, Fla.; a brother Hartley Fogg of Auburn; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held. Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 13 Portland Road Buxton (Bar Mills) are entrusted with her arrangements.
