Avis E. Moffitt

SAINT STEPHEN, NB Canada – Avis E. Moffitt passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021.

Born at Milltown, NB, daughter of the late Earle and Alice Marsh.

Avis is survived by her daughter, Deborah Moffitt of South Portland, stepson, Ben Woodard (Joyce) of Saint Stephen, NB; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sons, Earle Wayne, and Douglas Eugene.

The family will receive friends at The S. O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main St., Saint Stephen, NB on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Due to COVID-19 regulations, there will be a private family funeral service, however family and friends may view the livestream on Wednesday, Feb. 24 at 2 p.m. (1 p.m. EST).
