This is the follow-up to reporting on MaineHealth employees who work remotely and were receiving their vaccine shots. I can tell you that I know employees in the billing department who received their second shot as recently as Monday.
I have a 93-year-old father who has served in World War II and the Korean War and has still not received a call to have his first shot.
This is wrong is so many ways. Yes, he is registered through MaineHealth, and has been and is still yet to receive a call.
The “suits” at MaineHealth will tell you what they want the public to know, but I can tell you firsthand they are not telling the truth and continue to distribute the vaccine to their employees before someone who clearly qualifies for their shot, only to be on a waiting list.
Frustrated in the system.
