OLD ORCHARD BEACH – Norman Dyer, 89, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020 at a Portland hospital. He was born on August 15, 1931 in Westbrook, the son of Harold and Emily (Conohan) Dyer.
