Map of businesses hit by suspected burglary ring

Police in Portland, South Portland and Westbrook are investigating a string of at least 19 commercial burglaries that began August 19. It is unclear how many people are involved, and whether all of the crimes are connected, but police are examining links between the break-ins and have stepped up patrols to protect local businesses.
