To the editor,
On Oct. 26, the Education Foundation of the Kennebunks and Arundel held its inaugural Halloween Costume Party.
On behalf of the events committee, I would like to thank The Nonantum Resort for hosting our event. The food was delicious and the venue was beautiful as always. A special thank you to Vinyl Countdown for the awesome tunes that kept the crowd dancing all night, 50 Local for donating outstanding desserts, and Heidi Kirn Photography/ GiffyME for the photo booth that captured all the amazing costumes worn by our guests. We appreciate the support of all who attended the event. Our guests really got into the Halloween spirit.
The foundation is an all-volunteer, independent, charitable 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing academic excellence and creative programming in grades K-12 in the public schools of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Arundel. The grants funded for the teachers, students, and staff of Regional School Unit 21 are made possible by the generous support of families, individuals and local business.
