BATH — From Sept. 23-29, the Bath Area Family YMCA or Landing YMCA in Brunswick can be tried for free. This includes all group fitness, mindfulness, and water fitness classes, open swim, use of the walking track and strength center. For more information, go to bathymca.org or call (207) 443-4112.
