BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Aug. 1 to Aug. 7, 2019:
• Colby K. Pope, 19, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for a minor in possession of marijuana up to 1.25 ounces.
• Laura M. Berry, 46, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Lawrence R. Couture, 60, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise, two counts of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and refusal to stop.
• Kevin P. Descoteaux, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combo) and violating conditions of release.
• Maryssa K. Gordon, 23, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Stephen M. Ange, 64, of Saco, was arrested for attaching false plates, an outstanding warrant, failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, aggravated forgery and violating conditions of release.
• Jacob R. Michaud, 27, of Lewiston, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol), no test.
• Todd Bourdelais, 46, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.
• Renald R. Cote, 54, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Guy L. Gammon, 59, a transient, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
• Bryan J. Provencher, 52, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Morgan Palmer, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force.
• Stanley G. Dennison, 51, of Saco, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
• Kimberly J. Basinger, 34, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Trisha C. Nadeau, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for three outstanding warrants.
• Chad E. Warner, 30, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence).
• Janette L. Martin, 53, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Stephanie N. Jones, 29, of enfield, Connecticut, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Chad C. Guay, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault, and violating conditions of release.
• Tiffani M. Robichaud, 33, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with a prior charge, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Christopher M. Ohmeis, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and violating conditions of release.
• Abigayle G. Cumiskey-Suscello, 18, of Arundel,was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Roger G. Daigle, 56, of Saco, was arrested for disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures and violating conditions 0f release. He also was was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise.
• Shania M. White, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and violating conditions of release.
• Amanda L. Southard, 40, of Windham was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
