KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Kennebunkport Police from June 27 to July 25, 2019:
• Edward Sousa, 77, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for criminal threatening after officers responded to a disturbance on Community House Road. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Aug. 21 to answer the charge.
• Norman Boucher, 77, of Alfred, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street.
• Joshua Alexander, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested after officers stopped him on Arundel Road. He was charged operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor and operating a motor vehicle without a license. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Aug. 21 to answer the charge.
• Jennifer Miller, 40, of Lewis Center, Ohio, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road.
• Julie Letourneau, 42, of Sanford, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street.
• Cullen Finn, 28, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation after the above infraction was observed by officers on North Street.
• Max Talmage, 28, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on Beachwood Avenue.
• Keith Cole, 57, of Kennebunkport,was issued a summons for a seat belt violation after the above infraction was observed by officers on Ocean Avenue.
• Natasha Nugent, 23, of Arundel, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license less than 90 days after she was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street.
• Kati Gaulkin, 55, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, 30 to 150 days, after the she was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on School Street.
• Sophia Wolff-Goodrich, 29, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation after the above infraction was observed by officers on Mills Road.
• Olivia Crudginton, 59, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle greater than 150 days after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road. She is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Sept. 14 to answer the charge.
• Chantelle Barmore, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on Beachwood Avenue.
• Nicole Kehoe, 25, of Saco, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle after the above violation was observed by officers on Ocean Avenue. She also was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Sept. 4 to answer the charge.
• Mohamed Yakub Al Ghamin, 40, of Arundel, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Sept. 4 to answer the charge.
• Norman Labbe, 64, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Arundel Road. He also was additionally charged with consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public way.
• Laura Thompson, 46, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on Maine Street.
• Rayna Hunter, 29, of Casco, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on Old Cape Road.
