Diane (Dede) Lee Tyler of Round Pond and Lubec, Maine and Jensen Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on July 15th, 2019 surrounded by her family. Dede was born on October 29, 1962 in Concord, N.H. She was the daughter of Ruth Jameson and Richard Tyler. Dede lived her life in Maine, Vermont, and moved to Florida after a diagnosis of esophageal cancer in 2017.
Warm and animated, Dede had a grateful spirit, finding contentment each day. She delighted in music, friends, family, nature, and being on the water. Plotting a new course
thrilled her, and she loved a beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets on the water.
Dede leaves behind her children, Derek Tyler of Portland, ME and Gretchen Konitsky of New Harbor, ME; her mother, Ruth Jameson of Woodsville, NH; her older brother, Brian Tyler (Lora) of Boston, MA; and her younger sister Kristin Braymiller (Daniel) of Boulder, CO. Dede is preceded in death by her father, Richard Tyler.
A celebration of life will be held in October in Bath, Maine.
