With a Career Advisor, you can meet 1:1 with a professional to test out your Career Fair “pitch” and map your approach to the exhibitors, get tips on creating or revising your resume to best describe your skills and experience, learn about available support for training and employment both in and outside the Fair and more.

Defining Your Value to a Future Employer: Being the Solution to Their Problem with Scott Woodard

Woodard customizes a framework of Purpose, Clarity, Focus, and Strategy to help clients identify and articulate the story of their unique value and advance their careers. He will help you develop clear, concise, crisp (not canned) stories that convey your value; how you achieve that value; and examples of those achievements. He then develops strategies that help get you to where you want to be.

This session will guide you through the four steps to creating your perfect personal profile to take with you. A personal profile defines who you are and identifies your specialty. It explains how you pursue that purpose and makes you credible. It helps people looking at your resume better understand you in the most efficient way possible.
