BRUNSWICK – Charles “Charlie” Hunt Jr., 78 of Dresden, died on July 5, 2019 at Mid Coast Senior Health Center in Brunswick. Charlie was born April 3, 1941 in Weymouth, Mass. to Charles Hunt and Catherine White Hunt.
Charlie enjoyed fishing and hunting and was passionate about racing. He worked on several race teams throughout his life and loved watching races, both live and on TV.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Eleanor “Ellie” Hunt; daughter, Lisa and husband, Ethan of Akron, Ohio, son, Chuck Hunt and wife, Lori of Morrill; sisters, Linda O’Connor and Marcia Klasson, both of California; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, where Charlie and Ellie have both been residents for several years, for their continued care and support to them both. There will be no services.
