Cooper promoted at FHC 

FHC, Inc., a global manufacturer of products for the neuroscience industry, has named Melanie Cooper Corporate vice president and member of the board of directors. 

 In this new role, Cooper will have full board status and be an advocate for all FHC employees at that level.  She will also continue to serve as the face of FHC for external stakeholder relations.  She is responsible for meeting the needs of FHCers through the supervision of Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Customer Service and the corporate wellness program.  She also oversees the operation of FHC’s community resources, including the Cathance Children’s Center and Fitness Center. 

Cooper joined FHC in 2015 as the human resources manager.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and is a 2014 graduate of the Kennebec Leadership Institute. She also completed the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program in 2017 and has earned a Certificate of Achievement in HR Management from Villanova University.
