BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from June 21 to June 24:
• Monique D. Bridges, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
• Billie Jo M. Tracy, 41, of Arundel, was issued a summons for stalking.
• Frederick E. Dykeman, 52, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
• Nancy Jo Falcone, 54, of Buckfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Cyrena M. Thibodeau, 25, of South Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Rachel L. Milbury, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
• Jennifer M. Gregoire, 42, of Alfred, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Adam J. Santos, 33, of Sanford, was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child.
• Jeanne M. Taylor, 52, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Eric M. Muller, 34, of Portland, was arrested for two counts of assault, operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation with a prior offense, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with a prior offense, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention wth physical force. He was also issued a summons for theft by unauthorized use of property.
• Antwon Clark, 32, of Lyman, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
• Kayla M. Murphy. 23, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was arrested for violating conditions of release, an outstanding warrant and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• A 13-year-old female juvenile of Biddeford was issued a summons for two counts of assault of a law enforcement officer.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
