5/22 at 10:12 a.m. Andrew J. Bushey, 25, of Easy Way, Windham, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/23 at 2:14 p.m. Christopher L. Perry, 42, of High Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.
