YARMOUTH — With the town working on a draft master plan to redevelop Main Street, the Village Improvement Society and the History Center are partnering to offer walking tours of the community at 10 a.m. on three dates in June.

All three tours are free and open to the public. Call 846-6259 for more information, including any scheduling updates due to inclement weather.

The June 5 event will include the harbor and lower village. Participants should meet at Grist Mill Park, 14 East Main St.

On June 8, the walking tour will include Bridge and Main streets. Meet at the First Parish Church, 116 Main St. On June 12, the tour will take participants through the upper village; gather at the Meeting House on Hillside Street.
