HARPSWELL – Joshua Kane, 27, of Harpswell, died unexpectedly on May 11, 2019. He was born March 25, 1992, in Harpswell, Maine, the son of Mitchell and Alice (Dickinson) Kane. The youngest of their eight children, Joshua will forever be remembered for his kind heart and helpful disposition.
Joshua is survived by his parents, Mitchell and Alice of Harpswell; his sister, Krista (Hardwick) Lastowski of Hadley, Massachusetts; brother, Matthew Hardwick of Plainfield, Massachusetts; sister, Mara (Kane) Pennell of Topsham, Maine; sister, Elizabeth Kane of Portland, Maine; brother, Nathan Kane of Harpswell, Maine; brother, Asa Kane of Harpswell, Maine and brother, Abraham Kane of Bowdoinham, Maine. He also leaves his beloved nieces and nephews and is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at 11 a.m., at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Brunswick, Maine.
