OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from March 4 to March 17.

• Stephen Kovach, 31, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating without a license.

• Gene Speed, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license.

• Abagail Cabot, 29, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for one count of forgery with a value less than $1,000 and four counts of misuse of identification.

• Ryan Pruneau, 32, of Scarborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and speeding 15 to 19 miles over the limit.

• Ross Rainey, 27, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant.

• Matthew Thatcher, 37, of Saco, was arrested on a warrant.

• Evan Leavitt, 20, of Buxton, was arrested on a warrant.

• Susan Giarolo, 56, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a suspension for operating under the influence.

• Courtney Hanlon, 30, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

• Keith MacDonald, 28, of Scarborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violating bail conditions of release.

• George Dube, 46, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

• Wade Roma, 30, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release and operating under the influence — refused test.

• Dustan Bentley, 30, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release and operating under the influence.

• Melvin Gonzalez Aponte, 30, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons and charged with operating with a suspended registration.

• Jeffrey Roy, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a drivers license — resident 90 or more days.

• Christopher Smith, 62, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating after suspension with prior suspension not operating under the influence.

• James Albert, 53, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for violating bail condition of release.
