BATH – Applications from Bath-area students looking to travel to Japan this summer are flowing into the Bath-Tsugaru Student Exchange Program, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The non-profit program will hold a fundraiser dinner on Monday, April 1 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Henry and Marty Restaurant and Catering in Brunswick to raise money for scholarships and a special project which will be announced at the event.
Tickets are $50 per person and include appetizers and a three-course meal. A cash bar will available. Door prizes and a silent auction will include packages from the Maine Maritime Museum — four tickets to a Lighthouse Lovers Cruise, family membership for one year, and two tickets for a sail aboard the Schooner Mary E, the personal chef services of Henry and Marty Restaurant owner Aaron Park for an at-home dining experience, two INVICTA watches, a gift basket from Bull Moose, signed books, artwork, and more.
Tickets are available online at https://bath-tsugaru.brownpapertickets.com.
