WELLS — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from March 6 to March 9:
• Stephanie Blanchette, 27, of Wells was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.
• Peter Meads, 63, Wells, was issued a summons for failure to stop for an officer and failing to yield right of way.
• Leonard Kaply, 52, of North Berwick, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle for greater than 150 days.
