BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Feb. 26 to March 4:

• Chad R. Grover, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated assault.

• Joseph A. Mcdonough, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated assault.

• Shane D. Warren, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence (criminal threatening).

• Raymond G. Taylor, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

• A juvenile, 17, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.

• Melanie B. Howe, 37, of Hollis Center, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combination) and duty to inform law enforcement of concealed weapon.

• Amanda J. Reid, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit.

• Jonathan B. Dowd, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating condition of release.

• Arthur J. White, 42, of BIddeford, was arrested for probation hold, assault, and violating condition of release.

• Linda S. Perry, 65, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Roger G. Daigle, 56, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for harassment.

• Sophia M. Monti, 20, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, was issued a summons for failing to register motor vehicle.

• Jacob M. Cary, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal mischief.

• Henry W. Howe, 36, of Limerick, was arrested for violating protection from abuse order.

• Matthew A. Mills, 27, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and violating condition of release.

• Gary L. Souliere, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Sheila Pettyjohn, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failing to notify law enforcement of motor vehicle accident.

• Paul M. Schwarz, 44, of Sanford, was issued a summons for theft of services.
