POWNAL — Nomination papers are available at the town office to fill three upcoming elections: a seat on the Board of Selectmen, one on the Regional School Unit 5 Board of Directors, and one on the Cemetery Commission.

Candidates must submit at least 25 signatures from residents and no more than 75 signatures. Nomination papers can be dropped off at Mallet Hall from 8:30 a.m-6:30 p.m. Monday, and 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. Papers must be returned no later than Thursday, March 21.

Elections will be held June 11 at Mallett Hall on Hallowell Road from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. For more information, contact the town clerk’s office at 688-4611.
