• John Montgomery, 40, of Alfred, was issued a summons for attaching false license plates.

• John K. Perkins, 31, of Transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Caitlyn Fleck, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Autumn L. Mains, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Christopher D. Gregoire, 24, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.

• Jordan G. Layne, 29, of Saco, was arrested for probation hold and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Charles R. Gilbert, 74, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• David P. Boynton, 31, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

• Robert F. Bacon, 57, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Arthur J. Rosencranse, 34, of Other, was arrested for criminal trespass and an outstanding warrant.

• Lorraine M. Murphy, 74, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Jacob J. Walsh, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Liza K. Travis, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Patricia M. Norton, 57, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence and criminal threatening.

• Griffin N. Broughton, 20, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Brandon J. Gibb, 27, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and fighting.

• Johnathan C.H. Brady, 21, of Sanford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and fighting.

• Saima Sayed, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Linda J. Hall, 64, of Dayton, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Ali S. Ouellette, 19, of Saco, was issued a summons for the sale or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana by person under 21.

• Crystal M. Townsend, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating condition of release.

• Walter J. Angulo, 30, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

• Leslie B. Gastonguay, 21, of Springvale, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Yehiah L. Israel, 25, of Everett, Massachusetts, was arrested for domestic violence (stalking).

• Brandy A. Sweeney, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

• Mary E. Gould, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).

• Matthew S. Mcallister, 33, of Oxford, was arrested for failure to give correct name, address, or date of birth, operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended, and violating condition of release.

• Ryana C. Garcia, 27, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

• Jonathan S. Trayes, 29, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Donald E. Stewart, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

• Daniel C. Thatcher, 35, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
