WELLS – The following people were arrested or charged by Wells Police on Feb. 15 and Feb. 16:
• Joseph Connor, 50, of Wells was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Lindsey Road.. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on May 21.
• Michael Donahue, 22, of Wells was issued a summons charging he drove while his license was suspended following a traffic stop on Littlefield Road. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on May 21.
• William Labreck, 58, of Acton, was issued a summons charging violation of a protective order stemming from an investigation that began on February 13.A day later, Labreck was arrested on two counts of violating of a protective order and two counts of violating conditions of Release. Labreck was not allowed bail and was subsequently taken to York County Jail. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on May 21.
