2/10 at 6:35 a.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Cumberland, was issued a summons by Officer Joseph Burke on Range Road on a charge of consuming liquor as a minor.

2/10 at 6:38 a.m. Connor Morrison, 18, of Goldenrod Lane, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Joseph Burke on Range Road on a charge of consuming liquor as a minor.
