2/7 at 6:22 p.m. Jay P. Dresser, 64, of Somerset Street, Brewer, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Derek Miller on charges of operating under the influence and driving to endanger.

2/5 at 2:58 p.m. Kevin W. Joudrey, 44, of Harmon Drive, Standish, was issued a summons on West Main Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of speeding 30 mph or more over the limit.
