1/28 at 12:20 p.m. James Thigpen, 41, of Valley Road, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on Valley Road on charges of violation of a protective order, and violation of conditions of release.

1/28 at 9:15 p.m. Jeanine Ross, 62, of High Street, was arrested by Officer Devin Hook on High Street on a charge of domestic violence criminal mischief.

1/29 at 10:39 a.m. Rocky Ross, 29, of Front Street, Richmond, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Brett McIntire on Water Street.

1/30 at 7:08 p.m. Lynn Galvan, 53, of Meadow Way, was arrested by Officer John Dietlin on Meadow Way on a charge of burglary.

2/4, time not listed. Tyler Ciciotte, 22, of Barrows Drive, Topsham, was arrested by Sgt. Michelle Small on Water Street on a charge of domestic violence assault, and issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief.
