BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Jan. 23 to Feb. 4:
• Michael M. Goldberg, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal attempt and domestic violence (assault).
• Telsa A. Staff, 22, of Topsham, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting), possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, violating condition of release, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
• Robert P. Lancaster, 44, of Portland, was issued a summons for assault.
• Chan V. Trimmer, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Lorenze A. Labonte, 20, of Biddeford, was arrested for probation hold and elevated aggravated assault.
• A juvenile, 14, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for probation hold and criminal threatening.
• Steve L. Burnell, 49, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Geoffrey L. Lakin, 38, of Dayton, was issued a summons for possessing a suspended drivers license.
• A juvenile, 11, of Windham, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Jody A. Auger, 45, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Dchrista Mangar, 50, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Devin L. Mahoney, 20, of Dayton, was issued a summons for driving a motor vehicle to endanger.
• Alexandra M. Pezzolesi, 20, of Waterford Connecticut, was issued a summons for illegally transporting drugs by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
• Octavius M. Little, 30, of Lyman, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Jacob M. Krueger, 33, of Portland, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Alexander D. Hussey, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for misuse of emergency 911 system.
• Tammy R. Watson, 41, of Kennebunk, was arrested for violating condition of release.
• Timothy M. Snow, 26, of Saco, was arrested for failing to stop for an officer, operating motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Erica L. Haley, 24, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Christopher F. Rundlett, 41, of Kennebunk, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation, probation hold, and violating condition of release.
• Michelle M. Sprague, 60, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Kenneth A. Foster, 58, of Kennebunkport, was arrested for domestic violence (terrorizing).
• Caitlin E. Reagan, 30, of Kittery, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Richard W. Powers, 52, of Biddeford, was arrested for burglary.
• Marci Douglas, 45, of Cumberland, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Amanda L. St Pierre, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Paul E. Meegan, 58, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Warren E. Cortese, 55, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Taylor M. Hartley, 23, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Aaron C. Geary, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Mandy L. Hartnett, 38, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Omar L. Sao, 28, of Westbrook, was arrested for aggravated assault and violating condition of release.
• Janice L. Shaw, 43, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Raif Tastepe, 46, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• Joel N. Muheto, 24, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Makaila L. Smith, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Sara D. Vanderhorst, 43, of Saco, was issued a summons for attaching false license plates.
