Greely athletic director David Shapiro gives longtime Rangers indoor and outdoor track coach John Folan a plaque honoring his long service at last weekend’s regular season-ending league meet. Folan, who has spent 26 years with the program and led Greely to 15 state titles, is retiring at year’s end.
