BRUNSWICK –Brunswick at-large Town Councilor Dan Ankeles will host his first public office hours on Saturday, Jan. 26 from 8-9 a.m. at the tables outside of Wild Oats Bakery and Café in the Tontine Mall downtown.
“If you have questions, concerns, complaints or ideas that you want to share, I am here to listen,” said Ankeles. “Hearing from you about what’s going on in Brunswick will help my colleagues and me do better work on your behalf and make our town a better place to live.”
Ankeles plans to hold similar events every month.
Those who are unable to stop by can contact Ankeles at dankeles@brunswickme.org or at 756-3793 anytime.
Ankeles is serving his first term on the Brunswick Town Council. He is a member of the Finance, Appointments and Tree committees.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
