NORTH BERWICK — The Noble girls basketball team had three players reach double digits as the Knights picked up a 50-43 win over a tough Kennebunk squad on Thursday night.
Tori Exel and Olivia Howard each scored 12 points and Raegan Kelly added 11 to lead the Knights (7-5) to the win.
Kennebunk jumped out to a 9-0 lead, but Noble came back and took a 15-12 advantage into the second quarter.
The Knights would take a 28-19 lead into the break before Kennebunk outscored Noble 16-11 in the third to put the pressure back on the home squad.
Noble, which will travel to South Porltand on Monday, closed things out with an 11-8 fourth-quarter scoring advantage.
The Rams, who fall to 8-4 on the season, were led by Emily Archibald with 20 points and 13 rebounds. Emily Hogue added nine points in the loss.
Scarborough 67, Massabesic 56
Massabesic outscored Scarborough 43-29 in the second half, but it wasn’t enough as the Mustangs dropped to 3-9 on the season.
Kenzy Ouellette led Massabesic with 23 points.
Scarborough was led by Madison Blanche and Julia Freeman with 18 points each.
