
KENNEBUNK — Have you heard the term “hygge” and wondered what it is? Do you need a fresh perspective on how to enjoy and savor the winter season?
If so, join Simple Living coach and consultant Lisa Luken at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4 at Kennebunk Free Library for “Embracing Hygge for Simple, Joy-Filled Living.”
Luken will illustrate what hygge is and where it’s from, she’ll share why it’s important for happiness, and she’ll teach how to create and embrace it in your life this winter and beyond. Walk away with new insights and ideas that will help you create a simpler, more joy-filled life.
This program is free and wheelchair accessible. The Kennebunk Free Library is located at 112 Main St. in Kennebunk.
