• Dale E. Everett, 66, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal trespass and violating condition of release.
• Nicolas A. Flores, 29, of Thousand Oaks California, was issued a summons for failing to stop for an officer.
• John P. Hall, 60, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Whitney S. Giles, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing and an outstanding warrant.
• Phung N. Thach, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Christopher J. Mannion, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Jonathan B. Dowd, 27, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.
