OLD ORCHARD BEACH – The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Dec. 10 to Dec. 16.
• Michael Lessard, 50, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating while suspended/revoked.
• Michael Heim, 50, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for violating bail conditions of release.
• Charlene Doherty, 49, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for passing a stopped school bus.
• James Seavey, 55, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle expired 150 days or more.
