OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Nov. 18 to Dec. 9.
• Michael Tuck, 55, of Bowdoinham, was issued summons for terrorizing and harassmant by telephone/device.
• Mark Root, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating without a license.
• Mark Heikkinen, 51, of Saco, was issued a summons for attaching false plates and violating bail conditions of release.
• Tyler Palmer, 24, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant.
• Bean, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant.
• Melissa Penna, 51, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release.
• Brandon Saucier, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant.
• Sarah Chamberlain, 36, of Lewiston, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
• Jonathan Stacy, 20, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.
• Alia Page, 37, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release and unlawful posession of a scheduled drug,
• Shawn Baugus, 32, of Sanford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.
• Laura Briggette, 32, of Alfred, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license.
