• Roy W. Elston, 58, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Nicole L. Turner, 31, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of cocaine.
• Christopher M. Mansfield, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Karen L. Collins, 44, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• Floyd Pope, 65, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and operating a motor vehicle after license is suspended.
• Eric W. Soletto, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Wendy N. Flores-Arreaga, 27, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for attaching false plates to a motor vehicle.
• Louis W. Moleon, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault, terrorizing, and domestic violence assault.
• Erica Jones, 38, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• A juvenile, 17, of Biddeford, was arrested for terrorizing.
• Heather V. Pendleton, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates to a motor vehicle.
