Editor,
It should be shouted from the rooftops … “ hats off again to Linda Studivant for another home run” … the brilliantly produced and directed “ A Christmas Carol, The Musical,” which we so enjoyed this past Saturday night at Biddeford’s City Theater.
Both youngsters and adults authentically and brilliantly played their roles. The engaging and enthusiastic children appeared to be remarkably “ at home ” on stage, positioning themselves with ease and certainty into their proper places, knowing every single word and song, acting and singing with remarkable confidence and gusto.
The adult leads, all beautifully proven actors, were equally arresting and fantastic and lovable for their sincerity. The accompanying musicians it must be mentioned, were superb. And, the wonderful set and costumes ! Can’t say enough about it, only that one can trust without hesitation, to patronize this jewel on Main Street!
Thank You, Linda!
And Thank you Journal Tribune, for being one of this production’s sponsors!
