OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Nov. 5 to Nov. 18.

• John Sousa, 36, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

• Emily Clark, 28, of Saco, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release.

• Scott Page, 30, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended registration.

• Kassandra Garcia, 21, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license.

• Brent Neptune, 23, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating without a license.

• David Twomey, 57, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating bail conditions of release.

• Natalya Coletti, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with opearting with a suspended license.

• Tonya Farrell, 37, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for two charged of unlawful possession of a scheduled z drug.

• Sara Morey, 39, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was issued a summons for criminal trespass.

• Abdiqani Hunle, 19, of Portland, was issued a summons for posession of marijuana by a person younger than 21 years of age.

• Kaeleigh Stuart, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant.
