SPRINGVALE – Above & Beyond Catering has opened a second location on Shaw’s Ridge, which houses their office, a meeting space for clients, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a renovated bridal suite – especially for brides looking to rent a space to get ready on their wedding day. The location currently operates as their headquarters for their ‘off-site’ weddings and events, said Sanford Springvale Chamber of Commerce President Richard Stanley.
Owner Gina Sawtelle has started the permitting process with the City of Sanford for tented weddings in the back lower meadow starting in the spring of 2019. Her hope is to also build a structure on this property for year-round weddings and events within the next year or so., said Stanley in a prepared statement.
Above and Beyond Catering continues to operate at The Town Club in downtown Sanford and is excited to be offering their clients an additional location with different aesthetics.
