11/5 at 12:52 p.m. Harry D. Davis, 47, of Danforth Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 and Portland Farms Road by Officer Isaiah Jones on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

11/6 at 4:55 a.m. Kevin W. Kibbe, 52, of Mattox Farm Road, Lyman, was arrested on Haigis Parkway and Payne Road by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
