KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were issued a summons or arrested by Kennebunkport Police from Oct. 3 to Oct. 26, 2018:

• Linda Ruth, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following license suspension after the was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street. She is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court to answer the charge on Nov. 21.

• Jessica Gilbert, 29, of Sanford, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street.

• Herewood Dill, 20, of Biddeford,was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on River Road.

• David McCullough, 29, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street.

• Sandi Duncan, 39, of Berwick, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road.

• Susan L. Reynolds, 24, of Kennebunk, was arrested after officers made stopped her vehicle on Spring Street. She was remanded to the York County Jail and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor (with three prior offenses) and operating a motor vehicle following license revocation (habitual offender). She is scheduled to appear at the Alfred Superior Court to answer the charges on Dec. 21.

• William R. Losciuto, 61, of Saco, was arrested after officers sopped his vehicle on Spring Street. He was remanded to the York County Jail where he was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor and released. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court to answer the charge on Dec. 5.

• Joseph Sargent, 24, of Raynham, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for failure to yield right of way at stop sign after officers responded to Elm Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash.

• Micheal Lauber, 31, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for texting while operating a motor vehicle after officers investigated an incident that occurred on Oct. 21, 2018 on Arundel Road.

• Charles Newcomb, 59, of Brooklyn, New York issued a summons for passing a stopped school bus after officers responded to the a complaint on Mills Road.  He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court to answer the charge Dec. 19.
