FALMOUTH — Volunteers are needed to build insulating window inserts for people facing high heating costs in Falmouth and Cumberland this winter.

The annual WindowDressers window insert build will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, through Monday, Nov. 12, at the Mason Motz Activity Center, 190 Middle Road. Work will take place each day from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
