WELLS — The following people were arrested or charged by Wells Police Sept. 12 to 17. If there is no listing for a specific date, it means no one was arrested or charged on that day, according to police logs provided by the agency:
• Gabriel Rider, 18, of Wells was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear after a pedestrian check on Branch Road at 2 p.m. Sept. 12.
• Kamren Chambers, 22, of Kennebunk was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal mischief after an incident occurring at a business located on Post Road at 9:17 p.m. Sept. 12. He was denied immediate bail and taken to York County Jail in Alfred.
• Thomas Hennessey, 41, Wells, was arrested and charged with violating a protective order and violating conditions of release after an incident occurring at 351 Sanford Road at 12:40 a.m. Sept. 14. He was unable to post bail and taken to York County Jail. A day later, at 9:12 p.m., he was arrested on two counts of violating conditions of release at the same address and taken back to York County Jail.
• Susan Morrill, 54, Wells was arrested and charged with failing to provide correct name, address, and date of birth after an incident on Post Road at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 14. She was unable to post bail and was transported to York County Jail.
• Michael Goode, 66, Wells was summonsed for terrorizing at 11:41 p.m. Sept. 15 following an incident occurring at a business on Sanford Road.
• Elizabeth Fraser, 22, of Wells was arrested and charged with operating under the influence after a traffic crash on North Berwick Road at 4 a.m. Sept.16 and was released on personal recognizance bail.
• Karey Dillard, 25, North Little Rock, Arkansas, was summonsed at 2:54 a.m. Sept. 17 for operating a vehicle without a license after a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• Miguel Gordon, 35, of Wells was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and issued a summons for operating while his license was suspended after a traffic stop on Post Road st 2:54 a.m. Sept. 17. He was released on personal recognizance bail.
