The Rev. Amelia Hagan of Scarborough will be the guest celebrant at All Saints by the Sea, the Episcopal summer chapel on Washington Avenue, Bailey Island on Sunday, Aug. 26. The service begins at 9:30 a.m., and everyone is welcome to attend.
