
KENNEBUNK — The Kennebunk Free Library staff was blown away by the amount of interest in its recent “Introduction to Ukulele” class.
So, beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 19, the library will be hosting a regular ukulele group. At 5:30 p.m. each Wednesday, it will be offer a brief lesson to less experienced players, discussing technique and learning chords.
At 6 p.m., everyone from beginners to experts can drop in for the fun of playing with an enthusiastic group.
The library has a limited number of ukuleles available and please let them know if you will need to borrow one. They will do their best to accommodate you.
This program is free and wheelchair accessible. The Kennebunk Free Library is at 112 Main St. in Kennebunk.
