8/14 at 10:30 p.m. Paul Smith, 22, of Fairview Drive, Lisbon, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Ivanhoe Drive on charges of operating under the influence and criminal speed.

8/18 at 3:48 a.m. Richard Michel, 44, of Meadow Road, was arrested by Officer Matthew Bowers on Meadow Road on a charge of disorderly conduct.
