Patricia Carney, 82, passed away at her home in Freeport on June 26, 2018.
Born the daughter of John Hanscome and Elsie Petersen. Graduated from North Yarmouth Academy class of 1954.
She lived all her life after in Freeport and worked at Eastland and B.I.W. for 22 years.
She was very generous with family and friends and enjoyed gardening, snowmobiling, boating and being home with her animals. She took in a dog that was blind.
She is survived by daughter Linda Davis, five grandchildren, seven greats, two sisters Alice Ray and Judy Ross. Predeceased by daughter Cheryl Snow and two brothers Richard and Bob Hanscome.
A memorial service will be held July 14 at noon at Pownal Memorial Cemetery.
