How long in real estate
Since 2011, after 20 years in the mortgage business. It’s a natural fit, not only because my family was in the industry, but also because I love architecture and am interested in construction, and above all, like people. So it’s a good meld of ingredients for creating relationships – and that is the foundation of success.

Thoughts on the market?
People should realize that Maine’s is a global market. An agent who is not using the highest and newest technology is not serving the clients’ best interests. Chad Latham and I have a service, Listing Tunnel (listingtunnel.com) to address this need. Agents come to us to handle their marketing. I think that speaks to Listing Tunnel’s effectiveness.

And on Locations?
Edie Fontaine and Maureen Zemrak (brokers/owners) are strongly motivated to give back to the community, and committed to doing business as it should be done. Our values match.

Who are your clients?
Both buyers and sellers. From an older lady needing help moving out of her home of 50 years, to a young family seeking a bigger house. I’m a parent, after all. I do a lot of volunteer work. My business model is built on helping others.

What areas do you serve?
South to Kennebunk, west to Denmark, up the coast to Topsham. I’m especially passionate about the Lakes Region, where my family began coming – in my father’s rusted-out Jeep wagon – when I was a boy. Now, I’m a longtime resident who loves everything that Maine has to offer.
